SCOTUS Update
From what I'm hearing down in The District, the ecclesial protocols for the Rehnquist funeral at St. Matthew's are still being worked out -- a joint Lutheran-Catholic group is hard at work.
I'm told that the archbishop of Washington will have "a speaking part." TV coverage of the service is up in the air.
On the political front, the Roberts hearings have been pushed back to Thursday at the earliest, Monday at the latest.
