La Stampa leads the Monday charge under the headline "Vatican: The Ratzinger Revolution":

In the Vatican is still being spoken of [a consistory] decided for next 25 March, the feast of the Annunciation; and seeing that it's good form to have a month from the moment of announcement until the conferral of the birettas, we await that Papa Ratzinger, in the course of the audience next Wednesday [the 22nd], will announce the list. But more than the list of new cardinals, the interest is already pointing toward the "fallout," as in the following weeks should come the operation of the renovation of not a few parts of the Curia.
