SCOTUS: It's Miers

Well, this one isn't so shocking -- the White House Counsel Harriet Miers has been nominated to the O'Connor seat the Supreme Court.

You heard it here first last week. Yes, I misspelled her name at the time, but oh well. It may not be as shocking as what came before, but it's still a surprise.
