A Day in the Life: B16 Goes 3D

In the first North American airing of footage originally captured for Italian television some years back, last night CatholicTV ran a special edition of its "House + Home" program, featuring a behind-the-scenes look at life in the Papal Apartment.

If you missed the half-hour show, you're still in luck -- thanks to the Boston-based channel's priceless on-demand archive, have at it:



Having made a fairly sizable splash over its rollout of programming in 3D last year, a version of the episode was likewise prepared in the format... you'll just need the glasses to see it as such.

Speaking of the CatholicTV archive -- and on a newsier note -- with these days seeing the launch of the first Anglicanorum coetibus ordinariate in England, lest anyone would like to recall it, here's an encore of the sumptuous Evensong in Westminster Abbey that saw the successors of Peter and Augustine join in prayer during last year's B16 state visit to the UK:
