Joy on Gianicolo: NAC Wins Ontologically-Superior Super Bowl... Or So It Seems

So the Clericus Cup -- a soccer tourney with teams taken from the Roman seminaries -- has just wrapped its second week; matches are taking place every Saturday until late April, with a two-week "All-Star" break over Holy Week and Easter. The contest was opened in late February with an address and benediction from calcio superfan (and sometime color commentator) Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone SDB, the Secretary of State.

In the latest round, the side fielded by the Pontifical North American College won 4-3 on penalty-kicks against the Urban College.
